What's your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be used on future sessions if cancelled within the required time period. To cancel or modify a video production booking we require one week’s notice for any cancellations or changes.
What are your hours of operation?
Standard Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 10:00AM-5:30PM. Bookings outside of our standard hours are available at a higher rate, please contact Verge Studios directly.
What are your rates ?
Standard hour rates are $75 an hour for audio engineering, mixing or video editing and $150 an hour for video shoots. Special package pricing is available on our book now page. Sessions outside regular hours are offered based on availability and at a higher price.

When are payments due?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This initiates the pre-production planning for the project.
The balance is due on the day of the session on arrival.
Do you guys do discounts or offer specials?
Yes! We offer discounted rates from time to time announced on our facebook page and sent as coupons to bands/artists that have subscribed to our mailiing list.

How many people can the studio accomodate?
For a studio session we allow up to 5 non-performing persons as guests. The stage is equipped to handle a band of at most 10 musicians. But depending on the instruments on stage, this coule be limited to fewer musicians.
Please contact us at (425) 443-4791 with your stage plot to ensure all your musicians will fit comfortably.
How do I park at Verge Studios?
Verge Studios is located in a residential community, so limited street parking is available. Please try to carpool to reduce the number of vehicles parked outside.
Can we bring drinks or food into the Studio?
Food and Drink are allowed in Studios within reason. We do require that you keep it all off the equipment and clean up after yourself. Additional charges may apply.
Can we smoke in the Studios?
No. It is against the law to smoke inside any building in Bothell City as stated by the Fire Department of Seattle. Please smoke outside on the street. This includes all vapes and e-cigarettes. Thank you. Violators may be subject to fines at the studio.
Can I rent instruments for in-studio use?
Verge Studios offers a bass, an acoustic guitar and a keyboard for rent. A TAMA SLP Maple studio drum set is provided for free for video production services. Any damages to in-house equipment will incur charges for repairs/replacement.
Can I record my own session?
Outside recording equipment (video/audio) is not permitted. Cameras bigger than a cell phone camera are not allowed. If required for your project, contact management at (425) 443-4791 to discuss details.
What is included in the room?
Verge Studios provides you with a stage that offers the following
24 XLR snake that goes to the mixer/PA
4 passive DI boxes for Keyboards and Acoustic Guitars and Bass
A TAMA SLP Maple acoustic drum set if you need it
A Yamaha C3 Grand Piano
All mics required for your acoustic drums if you bring one
4 Vocal Mics
1 Guitar Amp Mic
All stage lighting required for video production
All cameras required for video production
Multi Track audio recording using Pro Tools
2 QSC stage monitors mounted to the ceiling for the band
PA speakers for a small studio audience (contact us if you plan to bring any guests. charges may apply)
